I have never fallen for a scam. I almost did for one where I signed up to win a car at a fair, then they called me up months later saying "you're one of the few chosen to see if you win the car. but you need to come to this unheard of place in buttfuck nowhere"

My folks had these guys, who sounded a bit Indian, call them DAILY spewing the same scam. One day I picked up the phone, told the guy how full of crap he was, and he wanted me to speak to his supervisor. I actually waited for a bit to chew him out, but no one was picking up, so I hung up and permanently blocked the caller. If you looked up the phone number online, a couple of dozen people were warning others of the scam.
