So, my thoughts on the Christmas special. It was a nice episode, the kind of thing you love to watch at Christmas, so in that aspect it succeeded. I dunno, I just get this feeling that had it been at any other time it wouldn't have held up as well... not sure why, I'd probably have to reflect on it.

That's quite cool, it'd be nice though for the console people among us (including me) to not need mods... because yeah.

I'd be fine with it if, for instance, the guards sent a courier across towns to put up wanted posters or whatever with the current as of then bounty. If you manage to kill the courier then you are bounty free in that town. Something like that.

There was an ability that Talos used called 'The Voice'. If we do not get the chance to learn this, I will be severely disappointed. See for yourself: My link

I went to PC Gamer Showdown and they gave us foam green Multiwinia people (I don't know what they are called). It was pretty cool, I had two and they locked in together quite nicely.

I think that there should be free reign for now, but impose, say, a week limit where if no meaningful contribution to that character is made then they die of space plague or something.

Do we have to stick with the characters you define for us? Or can we make our own up if we feel they are needed?

Aside from Penny Arcade and xkcd, I also read these three: Multiplex Basically, it's about the staff of a Cinema, and their escapades. It combines current movie references and good character development to make an overall good comic: Misfile After stuff goes wrong up in heaven, Ash Upton is transformed into a girl, and Emily McArthur loses the last 2 years of her life. While the angel who did this tries to fix it all, they have to go about their new lifes. Brilliant story and is rather boyish for being about a boy turning into a girl. Heck, it convinced me. AmazingSuperPowers It's dark humour, and it's hilarious. Probably my favourite comic of the lot, and is highly recommended. See for yourself:

Hm, just a thought, if this takes off, what stops people writing a reply at the same time and then not noticing each others? If that happens, the story most likely gets messed up I'd reckon. Would it be worth having a waiting list of sorts so you know when it's your turn to write? Either way, I think we should have some sort of video game crossover game.

How can you not have time for a portable game? I'm being cereal here. On the bus, on the plane, on the train, waiting for a crosswalk to change (we have long lights here), when someone else is driving... there are so many opportunities. When I say not have the time, I'm meaning that other games have not gotten in the way and it's been pushed to the back. Christmas isn't going to help either.
