PlayStation 3 users: if I were to make an account and buy PSN+ now, without owning a PS3, would I be able to use that same account when I do buy a PS3, all claimed games included?

Also, there's usually a post on the PS Blog at the beginning of each month that lists all the free content for the month. Might wanna have a look to see if you actually want that month's content before buying a subscription.

Yea, there are games both for November and December that I want.

You have to go into the playstation network and "buy" the games even if you don't download them. So that would require friends PS3. However, once you do that, you can just come back later for them. Oh and keep in mind the instant games collection or w/e is permanent. It's been up since E3.
