    I am never sure of this, so gotta ask: is it possible to gift games to people who don't have it available in their region? And could you get into trouble for it?

      Trouble: Maybe. If it's not in their region though I don't think it's on the client for them to be able to download.

      It's apparently possible to gift an Australian the uncensored L4D 2, I think... so I think it should work? Not really sure.
