Mapo tofu is good. Tofu with shoyu too. Actually almost any kind of sauce as tofu is pretty Bland. Fried tofu is pretty good. Also if you've every eaten abura age you've eaten fried tofu. Usually used in cone sushi or somen salad. Ahi or salmon patties with tofu used as filler are great too... I'll stop here.
