Only because all the hot babes that were keep it warm left to go be with Duke.

I'm talking about power draw from your wall socket. It varies with each unit but generally speaking high wattage PSUs will draw more power than low wattage PSUs. See how the low wattage units under load draw slightly more power than the high wattage units at idle?
-
Yeah, you're drawing at least 600 watts from those two cards alone. A 570 draws about 350 watts and the 260 needs, er, 260. If you're on a one-card rig like most people then a 750W power supply is overkill. All it does is make your electricity bill higher.
-
What on Earth do you do that requires such a large power supply? Nothing yet. I had a 480W one, but I think I was pushing its limits at times, so I decided to upgrade. What on Earth do you do that taxes a 480W power supply? You sure it wasn't a cheap piece of crap?

That was a different Riddick game. Assault on Dark Athena was released in 2009 and includes the Escape from Butcher Bay game you're thinking of. So it's 5 dollars for 2 games.

Was I the only person in the world who thought that Detective Mode was headache inducing?

Quick Look: Monday Night Combat It's as much a tower defense game as TF2 is a Diablo clone. Yes, both games have you collecting weapons that have different stats but it's not the focus of TF2. MNC has you building turrets/towers, they shoot at things, they're important to the game but they are not the driving force behind the gameplay.

I want to kill the asshole who came up with Got A Light?, ignite an enemy Spy flicking away a cigarette, for Team Fortress 2. For the four of you that don't play TF2, one of the goofier features is being able to taunt your opponents with a special animation. Most of them have no purpose than to look funny and hear a snide remark from the class you're playing. The taunts change depending on what weapon you're currently wielding and the Spy flicking away his cigarette is keyed to his disguise kit. The problem with this achievement is that nobody stays on the disguise kit for more than one second. Most people just hit the taunt key right after they make a kill so they're still holding a weapon. The kit does what you think it does, disguises you as someone else and nothing more. So for me to earn this achievement I would need to hope to come across an enemy Spy that decided to switch to the kit before taunting instead of whatever weapon he used. Assuming he even taunts at all.

Use the smoke bomb then jump. You might need to level it up first. The icons mean that player has exceeded level 99.

DRM, Online Pass, Project Ten Dollar and the like

Yes. All they're doing is stopping production of new stuff for the near future. -

I'm not entirely sure, (and since I've got the game at launch and already activated the stuff I don't think I'd be able to boot up n notice) but seems you won't be able to get the stuff the cerberus pass could get you anymore and and updates. Just giving it a bit of a bump with the PS3 release coming out then shutting it off. It's not shutting down, it's going on new content hiatus. -
How about half an hour from now?

I don't know about needing to but it probably wouldn't hurt just to make sure. A tube of paste will run you about 5 dollars so it's not that big a deal.

You sure it's properly seated? Run your temperature program while pushing down on the pins holding your heatsink in place for 30 seconds. If it drops while pushing then it's not properly seated. Take the time to push cables out of the way and blow out dust while you're at it.

Brain, Dean, Shep, Sick, FLD and myself makes 6 which is the server limit. When do we play?
-
To clarify, do you mean a separate server program like HLDS? Right now you can use the game executable as a dedicated server but it's not ideal seeing as how the game is tied to your Steam account.

I don't encrypt my drives and I've swapped them between computers without a problem.

Here's an enclosure and here's a cheap external drive.

I love this game. I'm ready.

I usually see myself picking supportive/technician roles. I like making things, then repairing them while they break down. If they're things that fight alongside me then all the better. I get a charge out of using the TF2 Soldier's Buff Banner and seeing a bunch of my teammates dishing out the pain left and right. I feel the same way but for some reason I only like sniping in single-player games. Deus Ex, Fallout, Mass Effect; I'll use sniper rifles almost exclusively when I want to be lethal. In multiplayer I almost never want to pick one up. The Sniper is my least played TF2 class and I don't think I've ever played as Monday Night Combat's Sniper.

There is no excusing the combat in Deadly Premonition but once you're past the sawmill you're done with the worst of it. There's a number of infinite-ammo guns to pick up that makes the combat more tolerable.

Looks like it's P2P. Everyone logs into the online multiplayer service then selects the game from the list. Games can be marked as friends-only if we want privacy. Half-Life is $4.99 now, $7.49 with both expansions. There's plenty more Half-Life mods to play so now's the time to pick it up.
-
Never played the game myself but Giant Bomb did a Quick Look video on the Warband expansion.

If you like your FPS games to be of the shoot-everything-that-moves variety, like Doom, Quake or Painkiller, then you should pick it up plus a few extra copies for friends so you can co-op. Four bucks for the HD and original versions of the Serious Sam 1 games is a steal. If there's a negative point to the games, it that sometimes the arenas can be too big. A few times I've had to make a long trek to the next area because the environments can be huge and I don't think Sam moves fast enough to make crossing them not feel tedious. That's why you should try to stay near the exit of an arena when waves of enemies spawn in so you can cut down on travel time.
