    Reviews for Alien: Isolation beginning to come in. Looking very good. 8/10 from Eurogamer, 5/5 from Guardian, didn't bother looking at any others.

      I can udnerstand a reviewer who doesn't like horror dinging it for its length (it's apparently really long for modern non-RPG SP AAA games) because a lot of what makes tension work in horror games could be seen as fiddly and outdates (slow process to save the game, slow animations for world interaction, and so on).

      FDS: I sure don't. And I rand about it to try and make others not.

       

      GOH: Yeah I've heard it's potentially too long. Games are there to be played though, I never see that as a negative. Unless they're REALLY boring, which I doubt Isolation is.
