Also, for my resolutions (and I tend to have a lot): - work out more (that was one of my resolutions for this year and while that one worked out well, I could put in some more effort) - take up martial arts (a childhood dream of mine) - get back into drawing and sewing - start learning Chinese - learn an instrument - actually finish the games I start playing/get through my huge backlog of games - and in general, make 2011 less shit than 2010. It's going to be a busy year!

Quoted for truth. I stopped playing Oblivion because of the crappy localization (first time that ever happened to me, but it was literally unplayable in German) and because every character I made looked like a mutated cow on two legs, so even after I got the English version, I couldn't bring myself to play it again. I did love Morrowind, especially with several mods installed, so I'd like to give Oblivion another go. Can anyone recommend some Oblivion mods, preferably some that make the characters look better (and by "better", I don't mean "like a anime girl")?

It's a fun game. The story is trying really hard to be American but is still very much Japanese. It's a bit strange (and also not all that good.) Depending on how much of a Samus fan you are, you might not like her characterization (or her voice.) On the other hand, the NPCs are hardly ever around, except for cutscenes (if you were worried about that) and the gameplay is nice. Can't really say whether it's worth buying new or used, though.

THAT LBP2 CE. I WANT IT. I'm a huge fan of Collector's Editions as well. I tend to get really nice ones even if I don't plan to play the game any time soon, like the Fallout 3: New Vegas CE, which I mainly want for the extras: ...and now I'm looking up all the CEs mentioned here. This thread is going to cost me.
