Being a game kickstarter is suffering. Being an animation kickstarter is relatively easy in comparison. For myself, Little Witch Academia 2 is the only one so far that I say that was worth it.

^That. I get that it's not a preorder, and there's risk involved, but that doesn't mean it's unreasonable to expect that you'll get something for your money.

Choose "no reward" next time then if you truly believe it's not a pre-order.

Why would I do that? That's dumb.
I know it's not a preorder, I've backed at least one (possibly two, I can't remember for sure) game kickstarters that failed, and I didn't demand my money back or anything. But if you give money to something, it's not being "entitled" to expect that you will get something for that money.
