Vine plants tend to be similar. Tomatoes have that white fuzzy hair, as you see on this squash. The leaves are what makes it look like a squash. The best examples are pumpkins, which take up a lot of area per plant. The leaves can be about a foot wide and they spread out more than they spread up.
