    GTAIV runs like crap on my system. I heard it ran like crap but seeing is believing as they say. Man, they did an awful job on the port!

      It's so bizarre. I have a friend who has an i5 and a 460 and he has the same problems you all have. Can't seem to get it running above 30FPS without tearing and texture pop-in from hell. Performance seems to have absolutely no correlation to hardware.

      The game seems to be running better for me today for some strange reason. I also noticed that the texture settings don't really affect my FPS either, shadows still do though.
