Is it possible to upgrade to Windows 7 while keeping all the data and stuff from my XP intact? I'd rather not have to go through grabbing everything all over again.

It depends. When I upgraded my parents' PC, only a few crappy programs didn't transfer over. The Win 7 upgrade pack comes with both 32 and 64 bit.
Still, even the setup tells you to backup just in case.

Put in the Windows 7 disc. Click upgrade from previous windows version. Profit.

Upgrading always has issues... i'd just put everything onto a different partition or an external HDD.
