You can always watch using a proxy like surfagain.com or something. That was the primary method of viewing for non-US people in the thread I found it on.

Ah thanks, I can't see those 3 anywhere but I have spotted Tokyo Godfathers which I've been meaning to watch. Could take a long time to load at the rate it's going though. :/
