It was amazing how Steve Jobs could sneeze and a million people would buy the tissue at a premium. His leadership really pushed Apple to release better products. Now, they just release 'meh'?

But the apps are gonna be updated for it anyway. This really isn't that much of an issue, aside from the one app that never gets updates (but those apps would eventually be replaced by ones that do get updates because, well... those old apps would eventually be missing key features like iCloud support or whatever.

Seriously, I don't think this is a big issue at all. It's just for the first few months. You seem to hate it too much like there's no fix for it.

Not every app is the kind of app that needs to be constantly updated, and what of games, I doubt they'll be a simple update. It's a lack of polish that'll blemish the phone and/or apps many months. An unexpected cost to developers too.
