      Honestly with the way healthcare is and how people stay younger for longer these days you're not old till you're 60. That said those who practice astrology consider 30-33 as the end of the first phase of your life. Now I don't give a shit about astrology. However, that means society does consider that 33 is the end of the first phase of your life.
