You doubt what would run that fast? The actual OS or the demo? Cuz the OS is fast as fuck. It's Android that's the slow mobile OS out of the big 3 due to a lack of GPU accelerated items. ICS (4.0) has set out to change that.

As a WP7 user, I can say, its that fast. I love the phone, aside from the one downside, the lack of 3rd party support for apps. I encourage people to buy what they want, but I want them to buy a WP so it gets a bigger market share and I can have all the awesome apps
