    Introduced my mum to another step in her online journey. Banking. We also discovered that Ikea use Natwest cos her purchase from other day only just came out now.

      We use Barclays. Also funny you have it as "Ulster Bank hiccup" and we have it as "Natwest" when both are under RBS :P

      I didn't know that! I still wouldn't feel comfortable using online banking, Natwest/Ulster Bank or not. Too much can go wrong.

      Not really. Most stuff still needs you going into a branch. It's all pretty limited in what you can do. I mainly just use it to look at my balance.
