      You know, I could be wrong but aren't scrolls something that exist out of the Elder Scrolls games? And if so, doesn't that mean that any one can use the word "scrolls" to name their game?

      yeah, unless they specifically have a trademark on the word "scrolls" (which could be hard) then they don't have much. There's also enough difference between the two in game style, the name, and that most people, including Bethesda, call em "Morrowind" "Oblivion" "Skyrim".
