    So, I'm using compressed air for cleaning my PC, but some dust is just to stubborn to get off with it, is it alright getting an old toothbrush and using that to get the dust off? No chance of static or anything?

      Don't be too anal about the dust, you'll never get rid of all of it and if you use the toothbrush, don't put any pressure on the brush. The main thing to keep clean are the fans and heatsinks. So long as the PC isn't heavy with dust, it's fine.
