    Wii won't play any discs :( it started with not reading dual layer discs, and now after I tried to fix it, it ain't playing NOTHING. Guess that near 200 hours of Xenoblade didn't help. TO NINTENDO REPAIR!.....I...I want to play Xenoblade some more. TO DOLPHIN!

      My 1st gen Wii did the same thing. I ended up hacking it to play games off an external HDD

      Ah yeah, FDS, I was responding to excel's "TO DOLPHIN!" comment. Soft-modding is what you're talking about and yes it is a fantastic way to play.

      yeah I may just try softmodding, haven't got any big SD cards or drives, just a 16 GB USB that my do for now, I'll try set it up.
