      Because it's not on PC yet? Not everyone has a PC + a 360 or PS3.

      You do realize of course that graphics options are important on PC and not consoles because on consoles you won't have specific setups struggling to run it at the maximum settings, right?

      In terms of specific setups no one knows how this is going to run at all yet. We don't even know what it will be like maxed out. Hell, for all we know people will figure out a way to turn off vsync really easily and stuff like that.
