    I'm attempting to learn how to create my first game. I'll be using Unity, and I have no prior knowledge of anything of the sort. Wish me luck.

      I haven't really used Unity but the other day, I did load it up in one of the labs. It seems pretty intuitive at a quick glance so for level design, I'd say you're probably ok. I'm not sure how successful you'll be going for a whole game on your own though. I'd suggest starting smaller and making a few mods for different games first.

      It's a 2D action/platformer similar to Clock Tower. And yeah, I probably should start small.

      IMO, make a few prototypes. Experiment. Fiddle around in the engine. See what sticks.
