    http://polytroncorporation.com/were-not-going-to-patch-the-patch First the dashboard update deals a severe blow to XBLA sales, and now this bullshit? I'd be amazed if any developer ever signed an exclusivity deal, no matter how brief, with Microsoft ever again.

      Well, the payment per patch is old news, and I think Sony has the same thing? But what about what they said about paying MS to be exclusive. I have a feeling that's not entirely true though, because they would be stupid of them to sign up without any perks.

      I took it to mean that they're not paid to be exclusive to 360, but they pay to be on the platform. I bet this means that they could also put Fez out on other platforms... if they could afford the licensing/certification fees.
