      Well like mine has 8 GB of cache, so no it can't cache an entire game. It just caches whatever is loaded most frequently, which is probably going to be the OS.

      ^Just looked that up and that's actually all I found on Newegg. I'm guessing these things never took off enough to make them any other way. In my eyes that's not sufficient and the only use cases are laptops and consoles where you can't use multiple drives.
