He had none of the drugs they tested for in his system, except for pot, there's a difference. With the drugs industry as big as it is, it wouldn't surprise me if he took something new. Then again, as rare as it is, pot and other drugs can bring out schizophrenia and bipolar disorder in people susceptible to those disorders - maybe it started that day with this guy, carrying around a bible would make me think this was the case.
