I always thought Spore was hated on because of hype backlash and was at least somewhat good. After having played it, wow. It managed to fail at meeting my low expectations. It's truly shit, enough for a rant (I'll probably put one up soon). >

It did. The space stage really needed major revamping. It's like taking care of a billion kittens at once, it is.

I'm into the Tribal stage or something. I'm going to keep playing because I already paid $5 for this turd plus I can make one of those "playthrough diaries" in here. I'll get enjoyment out of my five bucks, even if it comes from just trashing a bad game.
