Is Raptr kind of like that GetGlue thing my friends are all inviting me to do on Facebook?

Yesterday I discovered that Raptr shows how many people have gotten a given achievement. When a game has 150+ achievement, I don't attach any value to them individually...but when I see that only 2% have done something, that gives the achievement context. That's the main thing I'm looking forward to using Raptr to look at.

Maybe Steam already does that, and I'm just not aware of it...but is there a way to see those same completion percentages for individual achievements in Steam?
