Has anyone here tried The Secret World? I've been very intrigued because I really dig the setting and the questing actually sounds like it could be fun, but the whole subscription thing is a huge turn-off for me. So now that they've dropped that, I'm really tempted to give it a shot.

Yeah, I keep hearing that about the combat. Can you elaborate? Is it standard WoW-like hotkey stuff or something else?

It handles really badly. I'd probably say that it's a rigid version of GW2's combat. Really hard to explain without actually playing it. It also has the abysmal decision of taking into account where you are facing when shooting (which most MMOs don't do for good reason)
