    Well, the release of AC Revelations kinda snuck up on me. I mean, a week ago I knew it was coming this week, but for some reason as the days passed I never adjusted my mental ETA, so today I get my shipping notice and I'm all surprised! Hopefully Purolator aren't slow and I'll get it tomorrow!

      I don't think that a one year dev cycle is bad, if they can manage to make a great game in 1 year. So far, not including this game cause I don't know, Assassins Creed games have gotten better with each new game, and the last 3 were on one year cycles. More power to them if they can pull it off.

      Yeah, it's all about the quality of the final product. And the AC series has been consistantly excellent, imho.

       

      But to be honest, I wouldn't mind if they took a few years to make ACIII and improve on the formula as significantly as II did on I.

      I've already put my thoughts in some thread about how much the quality dropped between 2 and Brotherhood so I won't bother here but I really wish they would take their god damn time. You don't need SIX teams to develop one game.
