      From what I've seen, it for sure better than IV. Cops are brutal and seem to use some tactics. Shit can get weird. Smooth transitions. "Not this shitto agai- oh shit". I think I can care about the story as well.

      Odd glitches here and there (Drive along side a train, hugging it and get dragged out of your car).

       

      Seems solid.
