      Flipping the phone open is cool! But only if you do it with 1 hand and you put some wrist action into it. If you use your other hand you're lame!

       

      I also like the "finality of flipping it shut" as Ethan put it. And it also looks cool.

       

      Flip phones are cool.

      iPhone? Very unlikely! But I'm sure when a Samsung Note Flip comes out, then Apple will reconsider.

       

      In all seriousness I wonder if they'll make a comeback once bendable screens improve even more. And after they resolve the inevitable Bendgate 2 scandal, of course.
