I thought tea bagging was funny, but after I played other games where people just never did it, and come back to Halo where its pretty common, I find it to be a form of gloating. I don't get angry I just don't like it.

Yeah, gloating is a good word. Like Thursday said, celebrating your successes is fine, but teabagging seems like it's less about celebrating for yourself and more about rubbing the other guy's face in their loss.
