I'm less worried about my account and more upset with the fact that I forgot my password and can't change it because their site is down for that service, so I can't update my credit card info cause it expired and I can't purchase something I really wanted last night

Have you tried guessing it? If you guess it quick enough and often enough Sony might think it's an attack and reset your password for you!

I tried guessing it, but to no avail. I remember changing my password thinking "thats a clever password nobody can guess" and then i didn't write it down... sooo here I am.
