Excuse me? They didn't even get hacked, they found out that 1/10th of a percent of users had a mass login attempt. This is not something that needs to take down customer service issues for 4 days. This is a minor attempt that requires no more than an investigation and not an entire user lock down. .1% of PSN users accounts have had an Unauthorized attempt to log in and they shut down password recovery for the other 99.9% of users then they have other issues that should have been taken care of a while ago.

Is the password reset thing "under maintenance" or something? Because if so...wow. The same thing happened to me like 4 MONTHS ago. I ended up having to reset my account through their Qore site because the regular PSN site would refuse to work for days on end, and apparently it had been down for like 3 weeks already.
