    My neighborhood sucks. More than half the houses have no lights on and are not giving out any candy. I feel the urge to give out more candy to each kid because of it

      Though with all of these neighborhoods sucking, maybe THIS is the norm and people just have this idea that normal neighborhoods have throngs of chillun going up and down the street all night?
