At this point, it's obvious Konami are gonna keep making them, with or without him. I kinda hope they just end the Solid line with TPP, though, and whatever else they do without Kojima be a new thing. Start a new story or something.

They should immediately hire Platinum and make a sequel to Rising.

A lot of people believe that's already happening. There recently was what looked a hell of a lot like a tease for Rising 2 but when people instantly figured it out they backpedaled and said it was "for the 2-year anniversary of Rising", which made no sense whatsoever given the context.
