MGS4 is getting trophies after 4 years. It seems counterproductive after MGO just went offline a few weeks ago. This could also be a sign of bigger things - a new better version of MGS4 or even a 360/Vita/PC port.

Sega is basically dead at this point, so there will never be a trophy patch for VC.
PW wasnt included because an "HD" version of it would take enough space to have to use a new larger capacity cartridge, which are a bit more expensive than the regular. Remember when RE Revelations was 50 bucks because it needed a bigger cart on the 3DS? Im guessing they want to avoid that.
Other than that, they just want to sell the PSP version.

I wouldn't mind going back through the game, even with my backlog always growing by the week.
