I need people at work to stop being idiots. I really dislike taking responsibility for other people's errors. It's ruining my day.

The thing about work is that our bosses encourage "teamwork" so we all take a part of some simple task that one person could do easily, and then we get mad at each other when we do things the way we don't like.

And for me, I'm a manager, so if one employee is frustrated or acting out or not getting work done, it's my responsibility. They're good people; today just has everyone on edge unfortunately.
