      You can clothesline the people who made that law. We used to hang our clothes out up on a line in Riverside.

      Well, the groundwater you have around there isn't unlimited. Plus you got to consider what kind of climate you guys (and I) are living in... we're borderline desert. Hell, the LA area is a desert.
