So, if you pre-pay for dry cleaning, but don't pick it up, they don't bother to give a phone call. After 6 months, they do put your suit aside and donate it to charity. Partially my fault, yes, but could you at least fucking remind me, you pricks!

You know what they say man, if the shirt doesn't fit they must acquit.

TME: He surrendered it willingly. They can say they tried, even if they didn't. They'll say the number was incorrect. Winning this sort of case at small claims is very difficult, especially if his receipt told him to pick it up or lose it after six months.
