The Phantom Menace. Coming in 3D to a theater near you in 2012. Might cry taking my boy to see a Star Wars movie in a theater.

It doesn't have a character that Lucas turned into a cartoon Manchild.

Is it really that big of a deal to see a Star Wars movie in theater? Only half the series was any good and any version that will be in theaters will be an abomination of the original.

I'm guessing it is if Star Wars is a big deal to you and you have very fond memories of seeing it in theaters as a child.
