    Heading to a sweet 16 party tomorrow night in either Glendale or Beverly Hills. The car, I mean, surprise gift, is going to be a Mercedes or BMW.

      Not really, Dean. Turning 18 in the US is really celebrated by going out and buying a lottery ticket, or telling some individual you're legal to have sex with (in most states). The sixteenth for girls is really the last time they can be "little girls" as some states make you an adult by 17 and after that you're about to be out of high school and stuff like that.

      TME, I know in some states you can drop out of school at 16 and consent to some other stuff (like sex with an adult) but Federal laws essentially makes 18 the full legal age everywhere for all things.
