      The One is slower with updates from what I've seen. Also uni body looks nice but it also means no battery change or SD slot.

      I have the One and have played with the S4. If I were to get the S4 I'd get the Active version. Otherwise I prefer the design of the One and Sense offers a more cohesive experience compared to Touchwiz. Also, while the S4's camera is overall better, the low light performance of the One's camera, coupled with the Zoes made me choose it (I usually take pictures in low light and at night.)
