I haven't been able to get back into Minecraft since my save got deleted. The "ending" of the game was nothing special, and since I havent played in a couple months the potions and enchanting are a very odd addition to the game.

The visuals are bad???? Maybe not amazing but its a huge open world game. If they didnt compromise on visuals no console p[layer would be able to play it and PC players would need a high end rig to play it. Seems like a fair enough trade to me.
