Nothin wrong with jailbait as long as it's imaginary jailbait. ;-)
Also, AFAIK (not researched it) the most common age of consent is 16, so as long as they're 16 they're not jailbait anymore.

If memory serves me right, 13 is the age of consent in Japan while 16 in most nations across the world and in a fair few it's 18/21.

Guys... I just couldn't pass up the opportunity for a "jailbait" joke for this game!
I think Japan might have some kind of prefectural variation in addition to the absolute national minimum, but I really don't know since it's never been part of my plans! (haha... erm... *cough*)
