What's so bad about the Far Cry 3 story? They outright tell you it's a modern retelling of Alice in Wonderland and deals with topics I don't tend to see like male rape and jungle fever.

All of it's magical negro and noble savage shtick can be pretty grating once you're a ways in. Plus, you're not a likable character, and the only real dynamic villains get somewhat brushed aside in order for you to bang all the natives. It's good, don't get me wrong, but it's certainly lacking the subtlety to really pull off the Alice in Wonderland story.

I didn't find it racist at all. Maybe it's because I've been watching An Idiot Abroad and tribes are just like they are portrayed here.

You also have to reach the end of the game to fully appreciate what it's doing.
