    This is a serious question, what the fuck happened with Microsoft? Is leadership so fucked up that all of their strategies/moves fo the xbox brand are entirely their fault? Or are people seriously so uncaring about a console that gets no big exclusives outside of Halo and Forza that they'll continue to get shafted by MS?

      The problem is that MS isn't customer oriented. What does the customer want, or what can you convince the customer they want? From a marketing perspective, they are lacking focus (not doomed to fail, but falling way short of what they can potentially achieve). I love my OG Xbox, and am kinda 'meh' on my 360, so I'm probably not going to buy the new version and stick with Sony for this gen.
