1/4th of the way through "John Dies at the End". It's like a hybrid between the Evil Dead, Big Trouble in Little China and Ghostbusters. Interesting. I mean if there's a book where a dog dies a car, you know it's a good book

The humor? From what I have read it's not clever it's just funny. You've already established your distaste for the author so maybe your opinion was biased to begin with?

Hang on. Reading something and not liking it makes me biased? Your logic, it is not logical.
I'd never read the man's stuff before reading this book, and I'd never heard of him before. I had no bias toward him going into the book. You liked it. That's fine. I didn't. I thought it was worth providing a second opinion for people. Now, if you'd kindly ease off on the attack, I'd appreciate it.
