Why would Lords of Shadow 2 not be set in the setting they showed in the post-credits scene? That's what had me so excited for the sequel. Sure I'll play the game, as the trailer looked BA, but still...

Im guessing theyre going to try to milk it as much as possible. I was also disappointed that neither console or 3DS game will take place in the present.

They aren't milking too hard... they said LoS 2 will be the last LoS game. It's a trilogy with the 3DS game being entry 2

Because of that I'm expecting LoS 2 will jump into the present at some point. They've hardly said they won't do that have they?
