    3DS update is live. Not much new, except the ability to create some folders and game patching capabilities. Mario Kart's exploit patch is set to arrive sometime in May. Just a heads up.

      The folders look ugly as hell. I also dont really trust Nintendo with patches. It takes them forever to release anything. I hope those patches dont come out on their speed.

      Well I think the better fear is that now that Nintendo can patch they won't bother taking forever to release things because they can always come back and clean up issues later. I really hope that doesn't become a pattern for them like it has for other parts of the industry.
